On our calendars, we have so many days set aside to celebrate special moments. You have your friends’ birthdays, your parents’ anniversary, and special days that are meaningful to those who are meaningful to you. Then there are the holidays like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, etc. We set aside time, thought, planning, and energy in order to prepare to celebrate those around us and those events we hold dear to our hearts.
But how often do you take time to celebrate YOU?! We all have so much to offer the world, our families, and our friends. We work hard (sometimes too hard), we manage the needs of the household, and we adjust our schedules to accommodate those that matter to us. We make sure dinner is on the table, the kids get to their activities, and we bring joy to the space. We do a lot! So why don’t we take time to celebrate ourselves and how far we have come? YOU deserve to celebrate YOU!
Aside from the obvious day of celebration of you (your birthday); there are also small ways you can celebrate you on a daily basis. It is in the daily routine you may find the sweetest morsels of celebration; making you feel more thankful and joyful about where you are and how much you have grown!
